Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Connectpro BPO, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Rules

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of Connectpro BPO as final and binding.

3. How to Enter

To be eligible to win, participants must complete a 30-minute discovery call with an authorized Connectpro BPO representative. Upon successful completion of the discovery call, the participant will receive one (1) entry into the giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per person.

4. Prize

The prize consists of round-trip coach class airfare for two (2) people from a major U.S. airport to a destination to be determined in consultation with the winner, and hotel accommodations. The prize specifically excludes all other expenses, including but not limited to: meals, ground transportation, travel insurance, incidental expenses, tips, and any other costs not explicitly listed herein. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution shall be permitted. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is [Estimate Value, e.g., $2,500].

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Connectpro BPO. The winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days of selection. The winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, fails to claim the prize within the required time, or fails to return the completed Affidavit and Release, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Publicity Rights

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Connectpro BPO permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Tax Liability

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the prize. The winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize.

8. General Conditions

Connectpro BPO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration or security of the giveaway. Connectpro BPO reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Connectpro BPO and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the giveaway or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Data Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Connectpro BPO website. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Connectpro BPO for the purposes of administering this giveaway and for marketing purposes.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. As a condition of participating, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Worcester County, Massachusetts having jurisdiction.

12. Force Majeure

The failure of Connectpro BPO to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, terrorism, pandemic, or any other event beyond its reasonable control will not be considered a breach of these Rules.

13. No Endorsement

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any airline, hotel, or social media platform.
